Thank you for a perfect 10/10 stay. Gorgeous and fairly clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is lovely. The location is stunning, on the River Forth. Also it is very close to the Forth and the historic centre. Compact, brand-new room complete with a fantastic view over the Forth, bathroom plus a laptop. There is an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware. Staff is really helpful and you can park your car nearby.

The whole place was clean and the staff were knowledgeable. The location was particularly good and the services were good. The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a nice quiet area. The small onsite restaurant had variety of food.
It had not comfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the place met requests. We had an excellent breakfast at café, the food was fantastic! It was compact, spotless and where the view of the railway bridge was breathtaking.
It had quite bad views.

Amazing very central location adjacent to the Edinburgh airport, the centre on the High Street and restaurants, pubs, and historic attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with veggie sausages and salmon & scrambled egg, for instance and found it to be scrumptious.

Fantastic accommodation with excellant setting right by the Ravenous Beastie, airport, waterfront and restaurants and the waterfront. In the centre of the city, very convenient. Also, right in the centre on the High Street.

The location was marvellous on how to gain access for those checking in after the cafe closes. The staff members were all accommodating and amicable. The breakfasts were always scrumptious and excellent with toast and a "salad", as example.

The staff were efficient, attentive. The room itself was good-sized and well heated and had a delightful view. Got a scrumptious breakfast included. This hotel was located in a very central area very close to the Ravenous Beastie. I had some drinks at Ferry Tap, positioned 100 metres away.
Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

This hotel in a picturesque village exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were tastefully decorated with a modern touch while still maintaining a traditional feel. We were pleasantly surprised to find an electric blanket on the comfortable bed, providing extra coziness during our stay. The fantastic view over the Forth from our room was truly stunning. The breakfast provided was delicious and filled us up for the day ahead.
Everything was perfect.
